Why does the app need my location?
Location is used to geotag your evidence photos, for example your pickup and drop-off, so your evidence pack shows exactly where each photo was taken.
Where are my photos stored?
Your photos are saved to your phone’s photo library, and also stored securely in our cloud so you’ve always got a backup.
Why photos, not video?
Photos are what card networks like Visa and Mastercard actually reference for chargeback evidence — video isn’t. That’s why the app captures organised, timestamped photos rather than a walkaround recording.
Does Rental Car Proof guarantee I’ll win a dispute?
